“Nothing Imported” After a Web Connect Upload — A Safe Checklist

Nothing imported often means QuickBooks already knows those FITIDs, or the file contains duplicates. It is not a reason to randomize identifiers.

1. Keep the original file.
2. Check for duplicate FITIDs inside the file.
3. Confirm you are not re-importing dates already in the register.
4. Only then talk to the bank about how they generate IDs.
