QBO Clinic is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.
The service diagnoses .qbo Web Connect files in your browser and may generate a repaired file for structural problems that can be patched safely. You review every selected change before download.
Keep the original bank file. Back up QuickBooks Desktop company files before import. After import, check transaction counts, dates, totals, and duplicates, then complete bank reconciliation. High-risk edits should be reviewed by a bookkeeper or accountant.
Free diagnosis does not require an account. Repair Pass and Bookkeeper require sign-in and a paid order or subscription. Paid capabilities are audit reports and professional workflow — not AI credits, and not a charge for a not_file_fixable report.
For the first Repair Pass, if the product generated a repaired file and you report that QuickBooks still rejected the import, we may refund that Pass once. A refund does not require you to send us the bank file.
Prices are hypotheses and may change. Chargebacks for abuse may result in account termination.
Do not use the service to hide fraudulent transactions, to fabricate FITIDs, or to upload files you are not authorized to handle.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for duplicate transactions, missed imports, or accounting errors arising from use of a repaired file. You remain responsible for your books.
